  • How can I contact customer service? 
    Through our email, WhatsApp or if you prefer by phone. Office hours are Monday through Saturday from 8am to 4pm.
  • How long does it take to respond to an e-mail ? 
    48 hours.
  • Can I order by phone? 
    No, for the safety of our customers, all orders must be made on the assigned route. (1. Payment methods 2. Voucher 3. Reservations)
  • Do the products have any chemical components? 
    No, all the components are natural, extracted from highly prepared and certified soils from Colombia and Brazil.
  • Where can I buy your products?
    Through our website.
  • How can I keep your products?
    Our glass containers have UV ray technology protection, however it is recommended to keep them in a cool place and at room temperature.
  • What is the expiration date of your products?
    It is recommended to use it within a year.
  • Are your products recommended for pregnant or lactating women?
    Only some products can be consumed, however, in the delivery of each product, in RECOMMENDATIONS, information is given about its care and its non-use for this type of consumer.
  • How can I know more in detail the components of each formulation?
    Before making any order, you can contact us via email or WhatsApp to request this information, keep in mind the formulation number (f 1 - f 2 - f 3 - F4).
  • Can I cancel an order or appointment after making the payment?
    After having made a payment for a therapy or product, you can only do: A. Product changes only due to delivery in poor condition (See 1.1 Return Policies). B. Appointments can be canceled 24 hours before and scheduled again the same day, otherwise the appointment will be lost.
  • Can I change the shipping address on an order that has been placed?
    Once the shipping address has been confirmed and the tracking number sent, it will not be possible.
  • What if I didn't receive an order confirmation email?
    Send us an email with your purchase information: name, cell phone and order number and we will contact you. We also recommend checking your spam folder.
  • What should I do if my order is incorrect or had some damage?
    Any order that is incorrect or in poor condition, must be communicated within 8 calendar days to make the necessary changes, if they were not communicated within the time limit, they cannot be changed.
  • What should I do if my order was sent to the wrong address?
    We will send it a second time to the same address registered for delivery, without generating additional costs.
  • What should I do if my order was never delivered?
    Communicate with us through our contact page and send us an email with the basic information: name, cell phone and order number and we will contact you.
  • Do you only ship in Colombia? 
    They are sent to any part of the world, as long as the trade regulations of the destination country do not have any type of restriction and they are received without any setback.
  • Is the cost of shipping an order always included in the final payment?
    Not included. This value is additional and should be consulted with the advisor in charge at the time of payment.
  • How long does it take to generate an order?
    48 hours after receipt of payment confirmation.
  • What is the estimated time for delivery?
    Shipping times may vary: National: from 3 to 8 days. International: maximum 15 days. You will receive an email with the shipment confirmation, with the tracking number and link.
  • Do my billing and shipping addresses have to be the same?
    No, always in each order the delivery address will be requested by email or WhatsApp.
  • Do they follow some kind of sanitary procedure?
    Yes, there is a specialized group in the area of orders and deliveries, which follows the appropriate regulations and standards in all sanitary matters.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept the following payment methods. Daviplata, Nequi, PayPal, PayU and BBVA bank transfer.
